Regions shown in official footage
- Vice City
- Rockstar's Miami. The dense urban core: beachfront high-rises, nightlife strips and the waterfront.
- Leonida Keys
- The island chain trailing south of the mainland. Stilt houses, boat yards and smuggling routes — Jason Duval's home turf in Key Lento.
- Port Gellhorn
- A worn-down coastal town shown with motels, a boardwalk and considerably less money than Vice City.
- Ambrosia
- An inland settlement shown in Trailer 2, smaller and more rural than the coastal areas.
- Grassrivers
- Wetlands modelled on the Everglades — airboats, swamp and low-lying scrub.
- Mount Kalaga
- The forested high ground that gives the state its elevation and its national-park area.
How big is the map?
Rockstar has not published a figure, and no official comparison to GTA V exists. Every number you have seen is derived from fan measurement of trailer footage or from the 2022 leak, both of which are estimates.
What the footage does establish is the shape of the world: a major city, a long chain of keys, wetlands, forested uplands and several smaller towns — a spread of distinct biomes rather than one city with a rural border.
